MARKETING MANAGER

At Good Taco we bring together traditional taqueria flavors with a passion to do good, giving 1% of all sales to our ambitious goal to end childhood poverty in Mexico. The brand has 6 locations signed and under construction with plans to to grow fast. We are looking to add a Marketing Manager to our Abbotsford Home Office team.

THE ROLE:

The Manager will play a critical role in the stewardship and development of the Good Taco brand as well as its sister brand Meat & Bread. Ultimately, you will work to increase brand engagement, enhance internal Associate fanbase, develop our digital / loyalty strategy, and support local community marketing initiatives in partnership with our franchisees. This role leads the traffic flow for the organization and works on internal monthly communications to ensure teams are aligned with marketing and operational priorities. You will have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail and a team player that likes to get a lot done.

Details:

  • Participate in our seasonal development process for all operations and marketing planning

  • Updating and taking ownership of our internal Associate websites ensuring it is up to date and helpful for our franchisees

  • Working with the team to add insightful suggestions for campaigns and initiatives to grow the brands

  • Develop and execute brand loyalty initiatives

  • Collaborate with franchisee partners for local and national events

  • Managing the digital social presence by creating content ideas, creating social posting calendars, posting to social platforms, and interacting with our brand fans online.

  • Coordinating internal tasks and workflow for all team members using our project management platform Monday.com

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable collaborating with team members at all levels of the business.

  • Bonus points if you are already a Monday.com expert, but if not you are up for mastering it on the fly

  • Have strong project management skills
